Computer Bild – the most widely-sold computer magazine in Europe – regularly carries out the most wide-reaching test of online shops in Germany. This year, jago24.de has ranked amongst the best. The Jago online shop has been awarded the “TOP SHOP 2015“ Seal of Approval in the ‘General Vendor’ category. CEO Goran Jakovac and the entire JAGO AG team are thrilled about this, as it is a result of the dedication and hard work they have invested over the course of the previous year.

JAGO AG – committed to customer service

“The timing of this achievement is important, because we are currently launching an optical overhaul of all jago24 sites in order to offer our customers even better service. If the Experts at Computer Bild liked our current design, they are going to love the new and updated ‘Responsive Design’.“ comments Goran Jakovac.
Our French and UK sites both currently use the new ‘Responsive Design’, which is slated to be implemented on the German site in 2016. This new look makes it easy for customers to navigate the jago24 site whether they are using Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Laptop.

Facts and numbers

More than 8,500 online shops were tested by the experts at Computer Bild and their research partyner Statista. 14 professional testers checked and evaluated a total of 240,856 points across the shops as a preliminary round, before moving on to evaluate 115 more complex points. 821 working hours led to the final results, offering a detailed and comprehensive evaluation.

That JAGO AG was one of the shops chosen after this long evaluation process is a good sign, and the general feeling amongst the team is that we must doing something right!
Teamwork taking the lead
Jan Bruns, editor of the Computer Bild, explains in an editorial; “A simple and secure shopping experience is just as important as offering good value.“
Jago24 offers both of these qualities, which is why it made it to join the other winners as one of Computer Bild’s 2015 ‘Top Shops’.

The websites were tested in five different categories, including layout and usability, reliability and security, service and communication, payment and delivery, and technical details. The Jago site achieved top marks in every category, about which Goran Jakovac, founder of JAGO AG, is particularly proud: “I would like to thank all of our teams, who have worked together so well to achieve this result. Together, we can deliver the quality service necessary to meet our company-wide objectives.“

The true test begins

As well as the satisfaction gained from earning the official ‘TOP SHOP 2015′ seal for the jago24.de shop, this can be seen as motivation. The Computer Bild is known for repeating its tests on a regular basis, meaning that Jago must stay on the ball in order to remain a ‘TOP SHOP’ in 2016.

In order to meet this challenge, JAGO AG is working continuously on improving its workflows and is preparing rigorously for expansion into markets across Europe and beyond.
“Standing still is the same as going backwards,“ explains Jakovac „and we want to make sure we always provide our customers the perfect online shopping experience. This means we must offer creative solutions, constant development, and reliable hard work in order to realise JAGO AG’s future potential. This recognition as a ‘TOP SHOP 2015′ is just another incentive to continue improving.“
